The website was created with old technology and because of that the speed of the website was affected and slowed down. The website was created with Magento 2.3.4 instances and needed to upgrade to the latest version. Not only the technology but the website needed additional features like dual checkout and rewards points. Dual checkout is the functionality where one can divide the total bill with others in any percentage and the respective people can pay online and the rewards point allows the customer to collect the bizbucks which helps them to get discounts on the products they order.
